PULSE is now in its seventh year. Enliven your heartbeat with us…
Anita Bondi and Stan Stewart have over 40 years combined experience in
movement and music. Together they are leading PULSE after
researching ancient trance dance traditions, breath work and the
effect of music on the body and the mind. PULSE offers a way to
explore our relationships (to self and others) using the body, clears the mind through hypnotic musical beats and connects the spirit to the oneness of all.
No experience is necessary. All ages welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Be prepared to go barefoot.
Guided warm-up followed by one-hour of live rhythm broken into three segments. Participants think it’s awesome!
Wear comfortable clothes that allow for easy movement and be prepared to go barefoot on the wonderful dance floor.
Here are some comments and responses from people who have experienced PULSE.
Check out the Muz4Now gig calendar for a listing of PULSE and other musical and InterPlay events.
Follow Stan Stewart on FaceBook to be updated about these PULSE Trance Dance events.

I thought you might like to be aware of this online resource group:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/healingdance/
Healing Dance Network – a web between the various healing dance studies,
theories, practitioners and proponents through which to find, share and
expand knowledge and understanding into the possibilities and realities of
healing through dance. I am hoping you will let us know about your own
search and findings and how we might work together to bring our learning
further.
Peace,
